Born in Toronto, Canada, Anton studied at Winthrop University in South Carolina and York University, earning a BA in Fine Arts with Honours before working as an editor and visual effects artist. Merging his post-production background with a highly photographic sensibility, Anton creates a unique aesthetic of work with visceral storytelling appeal that embodies alluring fashion, beauty, athleticism, sports, refinement and luxury. Anton draws inspiration from his love for European commercials and foreign cinema, creating a sense of feeling through music and film that resonate and connect with experiences and memories.
After gaining much acclaim for his short films, music videos and commercials, Anton turned his attention internationally, working for such clients as Unilever, Starbucks, Jeep, Samsung, Magnum, Le Vian, Blackberry, Vitress, FILLER Magazine and the lavish Bisha Hotel. His global campaign with Lowe Singapore for Clear Men featured world famous soccer player and celebrity Cristiano Ronaldo. Other celebrities Anton has worked with include Anastasia Griffith (Once Upon A Time, Copper), actress/model Solenn Heussaff, and former Canadian Supermodel Monika Schnarre.
Antonʼs work has been featured in Wired Magazine, MTV and Stereogum. His short film “Living Without Motion” premiered at the Cannes Lions Festival, Fringe Straight 8 competition event as the only North American entry selected. His Puma piece, “The Road” was nominated for Best Spec Spot at the 2013 AICP Awards. Anton is represented internationally in the US, Canada, across Europe, the Middle-east and Asia.
